Maybe you have got a killer vision or a creative spark that’s pulling you in a different direction. If you are budget-savvy, a little bit of a control enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed perfectionist—guess what? Same here! 🙋‍♀️

We know you are after studio-quality, authentic images that truly capture YOU. We also know you want to have fun, let loose, and experiment until you bring your creative vision to life. That’s why we created No Filter: a state-of-the-art, cozy-as-can-be, private studio where you call the shots. Take your time, play around, and create something uniquely you—all without anyone cramping your vibe. We’re here for it, and we’re here for YOU. 🎉✨

When you arrive, we’ll give you a quick tour of the studio and show you how to use the super fancy wireless remote control for the camera (spoiler: it’s so easy!).

Everything’s already set up and ready to go, so the rundown will take just 5-ish minutes—no stress, no fuss, and it doesn’t count toward your paid studio time. After that, we step out and let you dive in, get creative, and have a blast. It’s your time to shine! 🌟📸

What to Bring (Totally Optional, But Why Not?):

Wardrobe Wonders: Toss in your favorite scarf, jacket, shoes, socks, or even a tie—why not? Bring along a second/third outfit and pair of shoes for a quick change-up (because who doesn’t love a costume change?). Oh, and a crisp white shirt? Always a winner in my book.
Coordinate Like Champs: Chat with your partner or friends and rock some matching or complementary colours—it’s next-level cute.
Props for Personality: Got something meaningful or just plain fun? Bring it! Think postcards, photo frames, chalkboards (and chalk to jot down some fun messages), hats, sunnies, instruments, sports gear, or even a microphone if you are feeling bold. No props? No worries—we have a treasure chest full of goodies here for you to play with.
Lipstick Love: Don’t forget your lipstick for those perfect touch-ups—because you deserve to look fab from start to finish! 💄✨

Welcome to No Filter!

We are so happy to introduce what has become our 'baby' - our self portrait studio.

It all started with a small nugget of inspiration from Korea’s self-portrait studios found all over the country. These studios let your true self absolutely shine and we were hooked! Then, in 2023 we were visiting Rachel, one of our co-founders, and stumbled upon yet another self-portrait studio and we knew we had to bring this to Australia. About a year later, after endless messages and video chats we are finally ready. We are proud to introduce Australia’s first self-portrait studio. No Filter is here!

So, how are we different from your typical photo studio?

At No Filter, you are completely in control. You are the model and the photographer. The studio is set up so you still have the professional photo studio vibe but allow your authentic self, creativity and personality to truly take the stage. Capture all your sides with as many costume changes as you like. Come back with your friends or family or both? The best part, it only costs a fraction of what a traditional photoshoot would cost.

Plus, once you’re done with your photoshoot, you can take home all of the photos – the fun, silly, candid and the ‘oops’ moment (like the one when you can’t stop laughing after your friend pulls out the MOST unexpected dance move!). You are in control, with no pressures, no stress and no filters, just you.

We are beyond grateful to be able to share this vision with you and cannot wait to see what you come up with at your next photoshoot. From work headshots, to pre-formal photos, to fancy dress-up or good just a classic photoshoot, we are here for it and most importantly we are here for you.
